A gorgeous stay by the pools

Waking up to stunning sunrises and the family-friendly atmosphere made our days bright. The pools offered endless fun, and the staff were incredibly accommodating.

The check-in process was frustratingly slow, and there seemed to be an issue with the availability of some lounge chairs around the pool.

Hector at the concierge made our stay exceptional by accommodating family dining needs, ensuring a smooth experience while enjoying the great pools and family-friendly atmosphere.

Location is ridiculously isolated!!! Prepare to overpay for basic essentials at hotel shops. Restaurants require inconveniently timed reservations. Improve cleanliness, as I spotted roaches in buffet areas!!! Consider better maintenance for walkways.

The dining experience was spectacular! The variety of restaurants offered unique culinary delights, with the Italian spot serving up delicious dishes that had my taste buds dancing. Plus, the poolside snack bar provided perfect bites while soaking up the sun! Overall, the vibrant food scene made the stay truly memorable.

I did not like that my room was dirty and smelled moldy, and the jacuzzi was in dire need of a clean-up. The buffet dining area could use some serious attention too, as I spotted roaches while trying to enjoy my meal. Not cool, Autograph Collection!

The pools were awesome with plenty of lounge chairs, and the beach area was stunning, especially when it's clean. The diamond club perks like butler service really elevated our experience. Our swim-out room was a lifesaver with kids. they loved swimming right off our patio!

However, the restaurant reservation process was confusing at times and could use improvement to enhance the overall experience.
